Clean Jean Laundry & Dry Cleaners offer an excellent range of services to customers in the Portarlington area. As well as washing laundry and ironing, we have over time added extra services which our customers find useful. These extra services include the cleaning of wedding dresses and the supply of bridal boxes with acid-free tissue to ensure the dress is perfectly preserved. We clean curtains and can agree to come to your house to take down or put up heavy curtains. We can also reline and repair curtains.
Our new Alterations and Repairs service is rapidly gaining new customers. Almost everybody has a trousers which needs to be let out at the waist or a favourite jeans which needs a new zip. Come and talk to us... We have a professionally trained seamstress who can do these small repair jobs as well as more complicated work such as altering your wedding dress or relining your silk evening dress.
We now are able to clean mats and carpets. We are frequently asked to clean wool or wool/silk mats and our new VAX carpet cleaners are just the job. The VAX cleaners are hot cleaners and get great results without getting the mat or carpet wet. Bring in a mat for cleaning or ask us to visit your home to clean a carpet in situ.
Our dry cleaning is a core activity and we continue to invest in new skills and training to ensure we offer the best possible service. Did you know we can now deodourise as we clean? We can also opt to use a starch to firm up wool and wool blend suitings to ensure a crisp and professional handle when you wear your freshly cleaned suit.
